Delivery Policy

Most items for sale are available from stock. We aim for all orders which reach us before 2pm to be despatched same day. All goods are sent out on a next day delivery service, our courier works Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but there will be an extra charge for this service and it must be requested over the phone or email as the website is unable to process Saturday morning deliveries. Some remote areas may take a few days to arrive. Off-shore deliveries and special timed deliveries are available but will incur an extra cost, again this should be specially requested with one of our sales team via telephone or email.

If the goods you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you with an estimated time of despatch and delivery. Please ensure your contact and delivery address are correct at the time of ordering together with any restrictions on delivery timings (closing hours, entrance to premises etc). It is your responsibility to ensure there is an authorised person at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods. If nobody is available, the courier will leave a card and their contact details for you to contact them and arrange re-delivery or collection in person from their depot. If no suitable arrangements are made the courier will return the goods to us and you will be charged for delivery both ways. If you no longer require the goods, we will refund the value of the order minus the two delivery charges.
