Returns Policy

Any goods delivered to you as a result of an error by us will be collected by our nominated courier and replaced by us at our expense.

Items incorrectly ordered by you must be returned at your own expenses with also a first class delivery before 12pm with an approved courier e.g royal mail (uk), DPD (uk), parcel force, or alternatively we can arrange collection by our nominated courier, but this will be charged at a per parcel rate – confirmation of price will be given upon notification of number of parcels, parcel weight, location etc.

Items returned must be in a resalable condition, this includes the outer packaging.

Items that are returned in a non-resalable condition may be subject to further charges depending on the severity of the damage.
